I’m So Excited!!

So many of you may know, today is the Superbowl and it is set to be a great game. Two big time teams. The underdog New York Giants are the only team to give the undefeated New England Patriots a run for their money in the regular season. tom-petty.jpegNow down in Arizona, roughly 2 hours away from now as I type this, the big event will take place. But what I am stoked about is not the great game, the witty commercials, the food and good times with friends and family, or the fact that the Raiders aren’t in it, is the half time show. Mr. Tom Petty himself is throwing it down at half time this year. He is one of my favorite rock artists of all time. I grew up listening to him and I was so excited when I learned he was playing today. So even if you don’t like football, tune in to watch this rock-n-roll idol at half time. Now, off to watch the rest of the day. Peace.

I think the Eagles gave the Patriots just as much of a run for their money if I recall.

Good call Gumpy; plus, the Ravens-Pats game came down to the very end, and the Pats would have lost but for a late flag. Oh, and the Colts-Pats was a close one too.

But regardless of Bryan 2’s defective memory, it was a good game to watch–and the halftime show wasn’t bad either. Great choice by Tom Petty to not try and mix in any new stuff, but just play all classics.
